Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare standard procedures related to legal matters, security, and safety of the corporation’s assets, tenants, clients, and staff.
- Recommend annual evaluations of legal, security, and safety systems.
- Safeguard the corporation’s properties and assets.
- Verify items entering or leaving the premises.
- Report any unusual incidents that may threaten the corporation’s property.
- Oversee and control the movement of visitors to and from the premises to prevent theft or burglary.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Law Enforcement, Security Systems, Public Administration, Criminology, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized institution. Candidates must have completed basic training in National Service, Police, or Immigration, with sound knowledge of procedures, regulations, policies, and laws related to security and safety.
