Position: Solutions Architect
Location: Yas Business

We are looking for a driven and skilled professional to join our team as a Solutions Architect to support our growing enterprise customer base.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in B2B environments
• An MBA is a plus and will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop tailored technical solutions for Yas Business clients
• Lead the coordination between service managers and presales engineers to deliver seamless customer solutions
• Provide support to the sales team during client engagements, ensuring solution proposals and service commitments are well-prepared
• Work closely with sales teams to analyze customer challenges and design solutions that allow businesses to stay focused on their operations while Yas Business handles their connectivity needs
• Create and manage comprehensive bid plans, ensuring customer requirements and timelines are met
• Identify potential risks, ensuring they are assessed and addressed by the appropriate teams or stakeholders
• Tackle complex technical, business, and strategic challenges with well-structured solutions
