Job Title: Store Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a closely related area
• At least 3 years of experience managing retail stores or bank branches
• Prior experience in telecom or banking environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of a Yas-owned retail outlet
• Foster a strong customer service culture, encouraging the team to deliver outstanding service at all times
• Make sure all staff are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable about Yas products and services
• Compile and submit operational and financial reports on time
• Implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability in line with store performance goals
• Supervise inventory and stock control for Yas products and service offerings
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements to maintain a secure and welcoming space for both customers and employees

Key Competencies:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to make informed decisions using data and analytical insights
