Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is offering exciting career opportunities in the Sales and Marketing department. We are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to fill Sales Representative positions. The successful candidates will report directly to the respective Territory Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Account Development: Exploring and acting on new outlet opportunities to enhance and implement RED strategies
- Quality Management: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing trade replacements
- Managing and maintaining company assets
- Executing strategies for assigned outlets as per company directives
- Conducting market surveys and formulating account plans
- Promotions: Implementing promotional plans, reporting, and ensuring compliance
- Negotiating permanent, promotional, and ad hoc space with customers
- Participating in frequent trade visits with the Territory Manager
- Understanding pack margins and roles per customer to optimize revenue
- Using market research and reports like e-EDS, Market Insights, and RTM feedback to benefit customers
- Developing, implementing, and managing account-specific programs and promotions
- Ensuring the accuracy of master data, including up-to-date customer lists and details
- Handling problem-solving and conflict resolution effectively
Skills, Experience & Education:
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with flexibility and leadership skills
- Assertive, persuasive, and demonstrate high levels of integrity
