TAMISEMI Teachers contract Jobs 2026 – 400 positions
The President’s Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (TAMISEMI) has announced 400 contract teaching positions for qualified graduates to support teaching and learning in secondary schools across Tanzania. The recruitment aims to address teacher shortages, particularly in business-related subjects, and improve the quality of education in public schools. Qualifications and Requirements

Academic Qualifications
Candidates must hold a recognized Bachelor’s Degree from an institution accredited by the Government in one of the following fields:
- Bachelor of Education in Business Studies / Business Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Economics
- Bachelor of Arts in Economics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Other Business-Related Fields
Additional Requirements
Applicants should also possess:
- A strong background in business-related studies, even if they do not have prior teaching experience.
- Basic computer skills for teaching and learning activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
