The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Online Engagement Officer.

Position: Online Engagement Officer
Location: Tanzania
Type: Contract

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor TFF’s social media platforms and online communities.
• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing audience engagement strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate online campaigns, promotions, and fan interaction activities.
• Work closely with the media team to ensure consistent and engaging content.

Qualifications and requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or digital engagement.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for football and knowledge of sports trends.

Added advantage

• Experience in sports organizations or digital media.
• Skills in content creation (graphics, video, or copywriting).
