Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling calls, and organizing meetings.
- Order & Workflow Processing: Handle sales bookings, accurately capture data, and coordinate with technical and scheduling teams for timely installations and follow-ups.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, customer records, price lists, and official sales documentation.
- Sales Materials: Assist the sales representatives in drafting and preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Customer Service: Respond directly to client inquiries and efficiently escalate complex issues to the correct team members.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales targets, team KPIs, and overall performance metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation and sales workflows strictly follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administration, data capture, or a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in utilizing CRM software and standard office tools.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge coordination between sales, clients, and technical teams.
