To gain the experience and knowledge required to undertake identified roles under the guidance of line managers, the program coordinator, and mentors. As part of the job, the Management Trainee will perform several duties while rotating through various departments of the Bank. He or she will also attend intensive training sessions and a mentorship program aimed at developing the required skills for a well-rounded employee capable of taking on higher responsibilities in various banking positions.

Main responsibilities
The Management Trainee will:
- Participate in a structured training program across different departments.
- Work towards achieving agreed learning objectives and performance goals with business unit supervisors and the Management Trainee Program Coordinator.
- Take the initiative to learn about functions, company policies, practices, and processes that are significant to the Bank.
- Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect the Bank’s assets and profitability.
- Support a high-performance culture by evaluating work output.
- Be driven to deliver results against challenging performance indicators.
- Suggest the best ways to improve performance in a Bank unit or function as soon as an area for improvement is identified.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other periodic reports as may be required by the line manager or Program Coordinator.
- Work with other staff and accept delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of learning and developing skills.

Qualifications and experience
