- Real-time Monitoring & Alert Handling: Continuously track GSOC dashboards (Grafana, Zabbix) for performance baselines, threshold breaches, and platform degradation.
- Incident Lifecycle Management: Create, classify, prioritize, and manage incident tickets in ServiceNow following established ITIL workflows and escalation matrix rules.
- Basic Troubleshooting & Log Analysis: Utilize Kibana to search, filter, and analyze system logs to assist in initial fault isolation and root cause analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Technical Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in NOC operations, IT Service Desk, DevOps support, or systems monitoring environments.
- Technical Skills & Tools:
- Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with Grafana dashboards, basic Prometheus metrics, and Kibana log search tools.
- ITSM Platforms: Ticketing and incident management experience using ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Networking & System Foundations: OSI model, TCP/IP concepts, basic Linux command-line skills, and runbook execution.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, ability to remain calm under operational stress, strong written/verbal communication, and willingness to work flexible shift rosters.
