- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu with expert product knowledge.
- Transaction Management: Process orders accurately using our POS system and handle various payment methods (cash, card, and mobile) with 100% integrity.
- Kitchen Liaison: Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Quality Control: Verify each order before it reaches the customer to guarantee accuracy and satisfaction.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the counter and dining area clean, organized, and stocked to maintain a professional environment.
