Letshego Faidika Bank is inviting applications from dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals to fill 50 Direct Sales Agent (DSA) positions. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s financial products, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth across the specified regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote Letshego Faidika Bank’s products and services to potential customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate potential customer leads.
- Provide clear information to clients regarding product features, terms, and conditions.
- Assist customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation.
- Meet and exceed set monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Prior experience in direct sales, marketing, or financial services is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and self-discipline.
- Must be resident in or willing to work in Mbeya, Iringa, or Arusha.
