Key Requirements & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in data centre operations, telecommunications, facilities management, or electrical maintenance.
- Leadership: 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience managing site-based technical teams is preferred.
- Operations & Scheduling: Proven track record in shift scheduling, leave planning, and managing 24/7 operational coverage.
- Reporting & Execution: Strong capacity to prepare, review, and submit accurate operational reports on schedule.
- Incident Management: Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and resolve fault situations swiftly.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and handle on-call emergency responses.
- Certifications: Relevant professional engineering registration or technical certifications are an added advantage.
