Job Overview

Position: Business Process Implementer
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies’ HSEQ standards, including the Golden Rules and all health, safety, and environmental regulations, by employees, contractors, and customers.
- Handle support ticket creation, monitoring, and testing for current applications.
- Manage upgrades and changes to existing systems and act as the liaison with the head office regarding application developments.
- Oversee the rollout of new applications, ensuring all aspects—from business and technical specifications to testing and validation—are coordinated effectively.
- Coordinate with departments to formalize requirements, work with the IT team on technical implementation, follow up on progress, and ensure user testing and acceptance.
- Update or create procedures impacted by new projects and ensure successful project launches.
- Prepare regular reports detailing the status of projects and support tickets.
Additional Duties
- Monitor and post stock movements for both local and transit stock.
- Manage material master data and support budget planning and long-term financial strategies.
- Prepare daily product cost reports and provide necessary explanations.
- Drive local cost-efficiency initiatives and serve as the main point of contact for Affiliate KPIs including MAMBO, NETWORK CONTRIBUTION ACCOUNT (NCA), PCA, COPA, and SALSA.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
