Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cash management, sales, or accounting from a private company dealing with building materials, general merchandise, or any form of trade.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Strong skills in accounting and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Female candidates and those with banking experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be results-oriented and able to multitask.
• High level of integrity is required.

Job Description:

• Handle all cash and sales transactions.
• Maintain customer relationships to promote sales.
• Receive and manage cash from customers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and sales reports.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank deposits and payments.
• Participate in company sales activities.
• Adhere to financial policies and regulations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
