Job Overview

Position: 17 Enumerators
Department: Research
Reports To: Research Manager
Role Overview:
Selected candidates will support the Research Manager by handling data collection tasks. Responsibilities include attending training sessions, securing informed consent from participants, and conducting structured interviews using quantitative methods.
Main Duties:
- Participate in training for the research study
- Master the operations manual for the study
- Accurately document study progress and report challenges
- Collect informed consent and conduct interviews
- Use tablets for data entry and ensure timely submission to the central server
- Safeguard participant privacy and uphold data confidentiality
- Provide feedback gathered from participants, when necessary
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Research Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in science, social sciences, or health-related fields
- Minimum of two years’ experience in quantitative data collection, preferably in health facilities
- Strong self-management and minimal supervision needed
- Comfortable engaging with marginalized groups and discussing reproductive and child health topics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations
