Position: Pharmacist
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: On-site – Mbagala Rangi Tatu, Industrial Area, Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sterile manufacturing processes for IV infusions
• Ensure adherence to TMDA and cGMP regulations
• Review and manage Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Assist with QA/QC, validation, and regulatory documentation
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Registered with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly with sterile/IV fluids
• Solid understanding of GMP, TFDA regulations, and aseptic processing
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and proactive
