Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of postal services at festivals, conferences, and other designated events.
• Ensure adequate supply of stamps and stationery in all offices in line with approved stock levels.
• Promote efficient management and cost-effective use of resources.
• Propose the introduction, modification, or discontinuation of various services.
• Ensure that operational manuals and related rule books are properly maintained and followed.
• Provide guidance on staff development and deployment.
• Assist in managing post office operations.
• Carry out any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Economics, Logistics Management, Clearing and Forwarding, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Commerce or Business Administration (with a focus on Marketing or Human Resources), Education (English, French, or Kiswahili), or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
