Position Details:
- Position: Sales Executive (Intern)
- Reporting to: Sales Representative
- Location: Arusha – Sakina & Moshono
- Salary Range: TZS 250,000 – 300,000
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers or sales associates on assigned tasks
- Attend sales meetings and events to gain industry insight
- Accurately maintain and update sales documents and records
- Learn how to close deals by observing experienced team members
- Communicate with vendors and clients as directed
- Conduct market research and gather survey data
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets
- Take detailed notes and reflect on daily learnings
- Support lead generation and prospecting efforts
- Assist with client presentations and address client inquiries
- Identify trends and growth opportunities through research
- Participate in sales campaigns and marketing projects
- Help maintain customer relationships and ensure consistent communication
- Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and documents
- Support administrative functions within the sales team
