Job Overview
Position Title: Senior Manager – Elite Banking
This position is responsible for leading a team of Elite Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals. The goal is to address clients’ unique financial needs, drive business growth, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the acquisition, development, and retention of Elite Banking clients through Elite RMs.

Achieve fee income targets by managing both existing and new-to-bank (NTB) Elite client portfolios, ensuring profitability.

Build strong personal and professional relationships with clients to understand and support their long- and short-term financial goals.

Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering customized financial advice and services.

Mentor and coach team members daily to improve planning, prioritization, skills, and mindset.

Serve as a direct supervisor to assigned support staff, ensuring resources are aligned to provide top-tier service to Elite clients.

Develop strategic partnerships that offer exclusive benefits and discounts for Elite clients.

Conduct periodic reviews of client financial portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals.

Seek out and develop new business opportunities from current and potential clients.

Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive and cohesive financial services.

Keep up with market trends and product innovations to offer timely and relevant advice.

Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Carry out any additional tasks assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking or financial industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven expertise in managing high-value client relationships.

Solid understanding of a wide range of financial products and services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
